Biography
David Petersen has more than 20 years of sales and marketing background. He has a strong belief in education and keeping up with the latest trends, rules and regulations. He carries the Designation of G.R.I. (Graduate Realtors Institute) nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry, and the designation of A.B.R. (Accredited Buyer Representative) a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Both are recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Dave has over 7 years of experience in new construction and carries the designation of C.S.P. (Certified New Home Sales Professional) Recognized by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. He believes having a strong knowledge of both new construction and the existing home markets are crucial in making your transaction a smooth one.
Dave has been married for 25 years to his wife Sandy and has two grown children Branden and Jessica and one grandchild Kya. He has lived in Minnesota for 48 years (one year in North Dakota)and in Coon Rapids MN for the last 16 years. He is an avid baseball fan and sat on the Coon Rapids National Little League board of directors from 1994 to 2003, also coaching for 5 years in both the LL Minors and Majors.
